Wallisoft respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Tiny-SMS and all Tiny-Web services to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK legislation.

If you believe that content accessible via our services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing all of the following:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of the infringing material and its location (URL or sufficient detail to locate it)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

• We will acknowledge receipt of valid DMCA notices within 2 business days
• We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly
• We will notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed
• Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 14 days, we may restore the removed content.

Tiny-SMS is open source software published at github.com/wallisoft/tiny-sms under a dual licence. The source code is copyright Wallisoft. The personal use licence is free; commercial use requires a paid licence as described in the LICENSE file.

Any fork or derivative work must retain the copyright notice and licence terms. Removal of the "tiny-web.uk" attribution from the app UI is not permitted under either licence tier.
